Ever since winter Olympics, I have been wanting to make a cool music video with NN exercising. I was saving this clip for that MV, but still not successful yet.

A little intro to Relay for Life:
Relay for Life is a fundraiser event for the Canadian Cancer's Society. It is a 12 hours walkathon from 7 pm to 7 am in the morning. This is the fifth years that my school had ran this event. A great meaningful night for a good cause. NN didn't quite stayed til 7 am, but they stayed til 11:30 pm and had tones of fun playing with my students.

Tulip

I can totally see the improvement in Nathan's fine motors skills when he had to first of all paint the tulips, then cut out the flowers, stems, as well as leaves.

NN new bed

I saw this inflatable bed set at Winners and thought that it might work well for Nathan in Hong Kong. So we let them try it and they loved loved loved it so so much. But unfortunately Nathan was too tall and can barely fit into the sleeping bag......so we had to return it.

We came back to HK for uncle Leo's wedding, Turns out he is the newest toy for NN. Both of them love to stick around him when he's at home.

NN first flight

The flight to HK is turn out to be pretty good. NN behaved well and we had quite some fun at Detroit's Airport, they have this cool tunnel with color changing walls that connect the 2 terminal. Indoor train for transporting passengers and a fountain that shoots water in different patterns

Mommy's little helper

Naomi can now fold little towels into squares. And she can also help out in matching the socks as well. Very helpful. And because she is so stubborn, she has to put everything back to the way that she found them, therefore making her a wonderful person in tidying up.

Lunch at too good pond

We went to "picnic" one Sunday afternoon after church. (Well, we bought some takeout and sat on a picnic table).
Afterward we went for a walk on the trail around the pond and saw 10 ducklings.

Look how pretty

I bought this dress for Naomi probably 6 months ago for the long awaited wedding of uncle leo and auntie minnie next week. And for the longest time I have been trying to ask Naomi to try on this dress and failed. She just would not try it on. This night, I was trying on my dress to show grandma, and Naomi said I looked very pretty. And I seize the opportunity and asked her if she wanted to try on her dress as well, and surprisingly, she said yes.

Look how cute cute cute she looked. Now I think we put enough "you-are-the-flower-girl-and-you-are-the-prettiest" concept in her head (sorry auntie minnie, for sure you are the prettiest but I had to brainwash Naomi or she will wear her jeans to your wedding la).
