Diamond Pick Axe, DONE.

Forgotten to ask him to put on his Teal blue T-shirt that we bought!

Naomi's award

Two days ago we received a notice from school saying Naomi is receiving a award and we are invited  to attend the assembly. Interestingly enough, no where on that notice did it say what award she was getting.

I now regreted not going to this assembly.  My co-worker said that we are allow to apply for a half day leave of absence.  I should try next time!  Luckily daddy and grandma were able to attend.

And at the end of day, no one seems to know what award she got.  Grandma said she had no idea because the assembly was in French.  I asked Naomi and she said she forgot.  She was quite upset that her teacher somehow took her certificate and had forgotten to give it back to her at the end of the school day.  (Don't worry, I am sure we will get it back.)

Finally, after zooming in to the award, you can see that it was a mathematics award.

Good Job Naomi!

Naomi's art

Inside the jar there is a cat, sleeping.

Nathan's art

Art camp

NN for the first time had art camp together, and mommy has hired herself a little spy.
When mommy came home,  the first comment from grandma:  " You should have came home sooner to take a look at your son."
I guess he came home covered in glue.  (Hair,  clothing,  arms, hands...)
Grandma had to washed his hair and threatened to have his hair shaved off.  Before grandma went on,  Nathan anticipated the lines that grandma would say and already said "OK I understand OK I understand....."
Grandma also made sure that Nathan cleaned his shirt by himself.
Then Naomi secretly told me.  Its true that there were a little boy in the camp who put glue in Nathan's hair, but Nathan did in fact painted glue all over his arm.

This is the part that Naomi took interest in my camera and took lots of pictures.

Thank you Stella EE for preparing all the yummy food for us!

..... and we allowed the kids to roll down the hill, without remembering to ask the other parents if it's ok.  Good that no one got hurt, but there were definitely geese poo on the grass.
