Winter art camp

I truly believe that these holiday art camps are the most wonderful camp! Staffs are friendly and program is engaging.

This is a memorable day

First time evèeeeeeeeer, Naomi asked to sit with daddy! !! You can slowly see that daddy is climbing up rhe ladder and slowly becoming another important man in her life. Yah for daddy!!

Wow! A full set of barbie makeup! Naomi has been carrying this case of makeup around the house all the time! And the great thing about this is the nail polish is water soluble and it doesn't have bad smells like the adult ones so mommy lets her put it on by herself.

Amazing spheres

These super absorbant balls are what astronauts used to plant seeds and observe how plants, specifically roots behave in micro gravity situation. And let our little Chan scientists try putting some basil seeds to test. We carefully poke a very tiny hole in each sphere and slowly inserted basil seeds (which is super tiny!!). I hope we can see some germination soon! NN are super excited about this.

Another neat thing about these spheres is that if you submerged the clear ones in water you actually can't really see them. And the reason for that is because the sphere has the same index of refraction as water. (In another word, these spheres bend light rays exactly the same way as water, tricking your eyes to not be able to see them. I tried explaining this to Nathan and he seems to get it. ..(really? ) anyone want to come see these spheres just give us a call:)

Play date with Matthew and Adrian

Thank you uncle Gordon and auntie Frances for this wonderful play date. How can one imagine that three 7 years old boys can play so polite and calmly together. Naomi had so much fun that she wanted to stay for dinner! We need to do this more often.
