Organizational skill

..... could it be trained?   Some notes that came home this year is pretty entertaining.  But of course, we had a very serious talk with Nathan whenever there is a note taken home.  I feel like he is improving,  thou very very slowly.

For example this past weekend.   Nathan did not come home with his snow boots.   He said that someone kicked his snow boots some where that he couldn't find but he had to catch the bus so he wore his indoor shoes home instead.   So Monday came and still couldn't find it.  He said he went to 5 out of the 7 lost and found bins and could not find them.   On Tuesday he went to the other 2 and still couldn't find them.

So finally grandma had to go visit the school on Wednesday.   In theory,  if his classroom is in the portable,  one would imagine that his snow boots should be in the portable.   But of course grandma found them in a bin inside the school.  (Lucky grandma found them in the first bin she looked).  Our conclusion: he probably wore his snow boots inside the school while bringing his running shoes for gym, and left them there.  When Nathan realized grandma had found them, he kept saying that he did look into that particular bin.

Well, at least he went and looked.

P.S.  Grandma said there were so many boots in that bin that our son is not the only one who lost his shoes.   :)
