After her 3d CT scan (as you can see from the pictures), we have been confirmed that her extra tooth will not naturally come out in its own. Naomi will be needing surgery. But we have to wait until her other adult teeth to come out. The orthodist said that if she has her teeth remove, her new teeth will no longer grow. (This part I don't understand, but since this Dr. has been really accurate in all his prediction, I am going to have to trust his advise).
At the mean time, we are just going have to wait.
